CURRENT SERVICE POLICIES:
All services are non refundable as these services are not a tangible product.

Please be sure when booking/scheduling with us that you will be available for your scheduled appointment.

Changes can be made to an appointment time up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment by reaching out to us via phone - (401) 575-0717.

However once you are within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, no changes can be made and the appointment will be considered a billed/unchangeable service.

Group sessions can only be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days notice and should you be an individual who is scheduled with a group session, the appointment can not be cancelled unless the group session itself has been.

***All sessions may be recorded either by audio or by Audio & Video unless otherwise agreed prior to the session.

(Please notify us prior to your session if there is any reason we need to not record the session)

*** Any and all images retained during a session, in person or online may be used by and in conjunction with the marketing and or advertising of Just a Breath Away and its partners or for any other reason deemed suitable by said party/parties.
